This photo was taken at one of my all time favorite places, Harrington Beach State Park. I grew up in this park, fostered my love of astronomy and my love of birding in this park and most recently I rediscovered photography here. This shot shows peak fall color at the Quarry. Hard to believe when I look out my window and see all these wind blown bare trees that just a week ago my world looked like this. I hope you enjoy the beautiful colors as much as I did.
